Treatments

This session is designed to create mobility through the discovery of muscular dysfunction, tension, and weakness. Several techniques are used from modalities such as trigger point, myofascial release and stretching. The treatment starts at the area of concern and the pressure gauges from light to deep. 

Attire Request: Please bring a pair of shorts you do not mind getting oil on. 

Bamboo Massage uses bamboo and rattan sets that are warmed and cooled down to room temperature. The tools are applied to the body along with oil to help the bamboo glide as the therapist kneads the muscles. Many of the strokes are similar to Swedish-style strokes combined with deep tissue massage. 

Ancient Northern Style Thai Massage allows the practitioner to release stresses within your body using Yoga Stretching, Acupressure, and Sen Line release techniques. The entire treatment is done on a mat located on the floor. Their are seven different sequences that can be used to address your bodies needs. 

1 sequence   Duration 30 minutes

2 sequences Duration 60 minutes 

3 sequences Duration 90 minutes

 Attire Requirements: Please wear athletic or loose fitting clothing. Pants or capris are highly recommended for comfort. 

If you are interested in the abdomen sequence, please do not eat 2 hours prior to your session.

This session is designed to assist in myofascial release, which aids in the restoration of normal biomechanics and the release of hypertonic muscles. This therapy will be performed both passively and/or actively depending on your bodies needs. 15 Minute sessions are reserved for focusing on your area of complaint, 1 area (unit). 20 Minute session is reserved for focusing on your area of complaint and balancing the opposite muscle group and/or the opposite side; 2 areas (units).
