Physical Therapy

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

I do not have walk-in availability. Due to the nature of our treatment sessions, it is beneficial for Create Health clients to book their appointments ahead of time. 

Massage Therapy

Do you accept Insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not " in-network" with insurance companies. But, most insurance plans recognize Massage as a therapy and will reimburse their plan holders. Create Health Mobility Clinic does have an NIP number for this purpose. If you decide to go this route, please contact your Massage Therapist and inform them of this request. Additional Steps and information must be taken/given before continuing with this process. â€‹

Neck Massage

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE TYPICALLY NEEDED?

Our recommendation for a Mobility Massage would be once a month, but always listen to your body. If you feel you need to be seen sooner, we would recommend a 2 week rest period, before booking your next session. 

For max benefits booking a Bamboo (relaxation) or stretch session between Mobility Massages will assist with prolonged improvement. 

If you are booking a Bamboo, Stretch Session or Chair Massage our recommendation would be left in your hands. Listen to your body and book accordingly.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, Gift Certificates can be purchased online or in the clinic. 
If you purchased online a digital gift certificate will be sent to your email address. If purchased in the clinic, a physical gift certificate with a redemption code will be given to you. 

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made online or you can call or text
(815) 999-8200. Please provide your name and valid email address if you are booking via phone. 

Cancellation Policy

MassageBook allows all clients to make changes to their appointments up to 24 hour before scheduled appointments. To make changes, log into your account, find your appointment, and click (cancel/reschedule) ; no penalties will result in doing so.  If you need to cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window, please do so via Call or Text (815) 999-8200.

Cancellation within 24 Hours

MassageBook allows up to 24 hours for you to make any changes to your account. A cancellation within that 24 hour window will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Waived Options

We understand "life" doesn't always want to follow that 24 hour rule. Charges will be waived if you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your cancellation request. 

NO CALL NO SHOW

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment a 100% treatment fee will be charged to your account.
