Thank you DeKalb Leadership Academy for inviting me to join you.

Duration:

  • Entire flow 3X

  • Pick one section of the flow you need or like most and complete 3X

  • Pick three different sections of the flow and complete each section once throughout the day.

 REMINDER: Their is NO WRONG ANSWER

Flow Speed:

  • Transition to the next pose after 2-3 breaths, last inhale/exhale is completed on the release

  • Transition when you feel is best for your body

Sun Salutation is a GREAT way to start your morning, workout, or yoga flow. It increases body awareness and improves your energy
